If you are a licensed foreign Carrier or Telecommunication Services Provider and would like to take advantage of Chance Telecom's position in the Global Wholesale Market and our technical expertise with VOIP technologies, please consider our new and exciting partnership opportunity.  Chance Telecom will provide as part of our partnership arrangement the tools and know-how to interface to the local C7/SS7 provider network of either a PSTN or Mobile Operator, as well as the interface to the VoIP gateway.  Chance Telecom will manage and monitor these tools 24/7/365 to assure top quality for our inteconnected partners routes.  Our interconnected partners will then provide as their contribution to the partnership the local E1/T1 connectivity and collocation for Chance Telecom's technical solution.  Termination rates will be agreed upon, in a case by case basis.
